I think we ran between 8-10 miles throughout Seattle on an urban adventure of a lifetime. The gang paddled around Camano Island yesterday, nearly 40 miles. Along with adding base it's time to work on strength and core. Our team is two time defending champs and are looking to three peat. The race this year is flip flopped with the race starting in San Felipe and ending in Ensenada.A little history on the race...this is the third year that the travesia has been produced by adventure racer extraordinaires Paul Romero and Karen Lundgren. Saturday started off with Cascade Orienteering's O' Series #5 event at Bridle Trails state park in Kirkland, WA.
