Sunday Training consisted of a 2 hour run follwed by a 2 hour paddle through the arboretuem...lots of birds out and the weather was perfect for a day on the water. Follwed this up with a double header hoops game Sunday night to send me into recovery mode for the first day of the week.
The crowds down at the NWOC have gone down a bit and the water is much less crowded with recreational boaters. It was unbelievable how nice it was paddling to the arboretuem. Train on.
