Ever wonder what to eat before a big race? What about during your race? and that leaves right after the race to talk about? Anyone have any good ideas or knowledge to share. I just read this great article in the NY Times and there were some interesting insights.
Makes me think a bit about my approach, I think I have it right based on Rebeccah Rusch's comments but you never know...
The attached picture was my regiment of supplements and vitamins during Primal Quest 2006 in Moab. Something went wrong as I was the only contestant to go down with a serious heat related illness. Just say no to heat stroke.
