JVG and I had an awesome weekend in Tahoe. Saturday started off with a run up to Castle peak on Donner Summit. Sunday we hiked up Mt. Tallac, pictured below, and then Monday we biked to Painted rock and finished it off hanging out and swimming at the river ranch next to the Truckee River.
It was nice to be in the heat and elevation again. The altitude did not affect me, but the lungs could feel it when I red lined it on our way up the mountains.Here we are at the top of Mt Tallac....what weather we had. The views were endless!
