We split our teams and sent JVG, Cyril and Tyler down to Baja for the 3rd race in the Explore California race series. DART was able to finish third and an hour behind the leaders to take home $800 for their work. Cyril also won the Ellsworth bike that is handed out pre race and must be fired up about his new ride!
The team seems to have had a great time and enjoyed the race, design and competition. The race was divided into ocean swimming, coasteering, biking treking and more biking. I guess the temperatures got into the upper 80's so it wasn't too hot and it was a bit chilly at night.
